Green Gram Curry
- 1 cup green grams, soaked overnight & simmered for 1/2 hour
- 3 potatoes, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- large onion, chopped
- any vegetables can be added
- 2 tsp Tropical Heat curry powder
- pinch Tropical Heat garlic powder
- Add vegetables to the green grams and continue to simmer until everything is cooked.
- Add the spices a few minutes before the mixture is finished.
- Serve with rice.
