Dry Fried Pork
Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Pork Leg Meat(choose one with some fat/skin) Cut into cubes.
  • 1 Onion(Diced small)
  • 1 tablespoon Tropical Heat Garlic
  • 1 Tomato(cut into small cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon Tropical Heat Coriander
  • Salt and Pepper Tropical Heat Seasoning(Salt and Pepper)

Method
  1. Cut the pork into cubes
  2. On a hot pan, select and cook the pork with the skin on first side to ensure that it gets more time to cook so as to make it edible. (Add a little oil if you are using skinless meat.
  3. Add the skinless meat and cover the pan to allow the meat to cook.
  4. When all the juices have evaporated and the meat starts drying, add the onion and garlic.
  5. Allow the meat tp brown as you keep on stirring to prevent from sticking.
  6. Add the tomatoes and seasoning, stir and cover to allow the tomato to cook.
  7. Just before turning off the heat, add coriander and cook for about minutes.
  8. Serve hot with Rice or ugali.

Note: Avoid adding water during cooking unless you need to give the meat more cooking time
